Reflection: Christian hope is more than a feeling or a wish. It is one of the three theological virtues (along with faith and charity) that make up the foundation of the Catholic moral life. Do you trust in God’s promise of salvation? What does “faithfulness” mean to you? Who do you think of as a “faithful” friend? How does this person help you find hope when you face difficulty?
